Expert Vetting: Every team member undergoes thorough background checks (NDIS Worker Screening, Police Checks, and Working with Children Checks) and possesses relevant tertiary or industry qualifications.
Continuous Feedback: We have a simplified feedback and complaints process that is monitored daily, ensuring any concerns are addressed within 24 hours.

For urgent MTA or Support Coordination referrals, we can often begin the intake process within 24–48 hours. For regular in-home supports, we typically commence services within 7 to 14 days to ensure we have found the "Perfect Match" support worker for you.

Yes. We believe the best outcomes happen when everyone is on the same page. We regularly coordinate with:
Families and informal carers.
Allied health professionals (OTs, Physios, Psychologists).
GPs and specialists.
Other NDIS providers. Our staff are trained to implement strategies from your therapists (such as mobility plans or communication charts) into your daily routine to ensure a seamless "wraparound" support experience.

Life is rarely static, and your support shouldn't be either. Whether you have a sudden change in health, a shift in family circumstances, or a new goal you want to chase, we pivot with you. We review your support schedule regularly and can scale hours up or down (within your plan limits) to make sure the help is there when you actually need it.

We strictly adhere to the NDIS 2025-26 Pricing Arrangements.
MTA: Billed at the daily statutory rate covering accommodation only.
STA: Billed as a 24-hour all-inclusive rate (including assistance with self-care, accommodation, food, and negotiated activities).
